Abstract

|
This study was conducted to grasp the ideas of nursing services and multi-frequency tasks that nurse assistants are carrying out as an alternative work force for the nursing man power shortage. It is also to provide basic data for an efficient utilization of the nursing man power and qualitative enhancement of the nursing services in the future. In order for the various high-quality services to be implemented, the high-quality nursing work force must be efficiently supplied and utilized. However, the reality is that in hospitals and clinics with serious nursing manpower shortage, nurse assistants carry out nursing activities as an alternative nursing work force.
